Form M1 - Notification of a Full-Scale Exercise for a Facility/Pipeline Start-Up/Modification A full-scale exercise is required prior to start-up for any of the following: A processing facility, an LNG facility, a petroleum or natural gas pipeline that is not part of a gathering system or fuel gas system, or any other facility, pipeline or equipment that is specified in EMR 4.1(3). Form M2 - Notification of ERP Review Meeting The drilling crew and company representatives on a drilling site must be familiarized with the Drilling and Completions ERP. An ERP Review Meeting is required before surface casing is set for the first well on any multi-well pad. If the rig crew for subsequent wells on a specific pad site is different, or if a new drilling and completions ERP has been submitted for a well or well pad site, a subsequent meeting is required.
